Your city councilmembers always appreciate hearing from constituents even when there’s no pending legislation. As I’m sure the Mayor does as well. Denvergov.org for contact info if needed.
But those active in neighborhood organizations or other faith or community groups may also want to include this discussion there so more understand the policy.
